Did you pull the bushings from their spacer plates? If you are asking about installation of the bushing into the plate, I would use some red loctite during assembly.
If you are asking about sealant between the king pin itself and the bushing... Aboslutely DO NOT use sealant there...

I beat the ever-loving snot out of that sucker every time I take this apart. It seems to be more of a pain in the rear every time I remove it. I think the most effective method was to strike the arm near the connection with the drag link, then drive a chisel under it once a small separation...

I pulled a picture that Banshee365 uploaded. Then highlighted the thrust washers in a red rectangle.
When I pulled mine apart, the washers didn't look bad so I never touched them.

Wheel Bearing adjustments are covered in TM 2320-361-24-1 work package 189..... I pasted it below for reference.
Basically, Tighten the nut to 50 foot pounds, then back off 1/8 of a turn.
