I added power assist steering and radials ( 11R22.5) at the same time all I did was flip the front axle caster shims. I just reused the factory OEM shims . I don't have a clue as to the degree they were .
Sorry for the delay , I just flipped the caster shims that are on your axle now . I also added power steering at same time as changing wheels . So no answer if it was better before or after shim swap . I do know it was **** better after Tire and steering swap ! Thanks again , sorry for the delay...
I did mine years ago. Wheels from Freightliner , 6 Lug 8x22.5 . 22.5 tires are a dime a dozen . tubeless also. just have to change caster shims so it will drive straight with radials.
