    Thats a LOT of reading..But I can shorten it somewhat by saying ANY compression Ignigition engine WILL run on a variety of "fuels". If you jack up the compression ANYTHING (reasnable) will ignite and propel. IE. My old direct injection ROVER MONTEGO will happily run on the SAME "stuff" as my...
