The master cylinder cap has a square "head" on it(3/4" iirc). It is what the elbow you see, is screwed in to.The vent line does need to be disconnected to fill the master cylinder. It sounds like your vent line was left off (for unknown reason) and your brake light switch is unpluged. The...
