oops, sorry!:oops: I just changed the title to list the other topics. I think the cause of your heat is your seals. Others have seen this before, the dish may be putting too much pressure on the face of the seal, causing the heat.

I merged your three threads into this one. When dealing with one problem, it is better to ask all you questions in one thread, than 3 separate threads. Since all three threads were getting the same answers and dealing with the same problem.
