    Fixer uppers always cost a lot more than one that has been somewhat upgraded already Just for the wheels, tires and adapter plates, wouldn't that be around a $3-5K to purchase ? (am I way off with those numbers ?)

    Yes no doubt, Cummins are very good motors and I am sure they wouldn't leak nearly as much oil compared to my dirty 2 stroke diesels in my boat i will report back with info on the tranny and more pics!
