Carefull with those 700R4's I've pulled a ton of em for assorted reasons. Most common is the rear pump in it. When it goes the tranny won't shift into 3rd or 4th. Factory installed pumps are the worst. The aftermarket seems to have solved the issue but still worth noting. Another route to look...
