    I have seen vehicles that are scheduled for turn in... Once they are deemed for turn in, no one does PM on them anymore. Or if they SAID they did PM on it, that's ALL they did..     My M998 runs great.. Just like anything else mechanical, the amount of downtime is directly related to the amount of PM the operator does.
