    I saw several working SINCGARS ICOM radios at Aberdeen for $1200... Without a fill, they only work in PT mode.

    For some radios, all they do is remove the SAME module on EVERY SINGLE of that type of radio, so you can find plenty of the radios, but they are all missing the SAME exact part....
