    Interesting, the last owner I saw moved the starter relay up to the firewall and used some generic relay. And my voltmeter doesn't work.

    Previous owner removed the ste ice plug from the cab, so I'm not sure if the entire diagnostics harness is still there or not. Are those blocks what used to attached to the diagnostics plug?
