    Electric fuel Pump install?

    In reference to putting in a plate instead of leaving the mechanical pump in place. I agree that running the mechanical pump dry, would be a bad idea in view of failure and possible oil loss etc. Why not just remove the pin that activates the pump? Put the pin in a piece of hose and then secure...
