    Just an update, it was not the glow plug relay. We got our local AutoZone to donate AC Delco glow plugs for us and we changed them out, the truck starts fine. Thank-you to everyone for the help with this!

    Thanks, Could this be why when I saw a guy putting one of these on a 1009 on youtube use a manual push button with a rounded relay?
