Fixed!!
What started with loose battery cables ended with me putting a 12 volt relay in the Start Inhibitor hole.
I tore the entire dash apart and ran some jumpers to get it to run... The relay got really hot. That was it raising its hand!
Reexamine the panel diagram changed a few around and...
Suprman... Your name fits! How do I get the 24v?
I have the solenoid jumped out of the fuse panel. Shoved a blade in to the "Rotating Light" position... Truck is running outside right now and everything seems to work. Going to let it idle for a while while to get the batteries charged and keep...
I'm home in the driveway!! After work between coffee roasts I'll be studying wire diagram and trace! Going to source some extra spade breakers and 12 & 24 relays too.

Came from Midwest Military Equipment...
I literally drove it from Missouri to Ohio and then three day straight... Until this morning... I can't get the cab to raise... It's dying when I try.
The battery cables definitely came loose.
I'm trying to reach the solenoid

Ok... Cleaned and tightened every terminal!
I have lights and full everything... But i think my batteries won't tune over over... It just tries to crank and immediately resets.. Mike bang, bang, bang..
Can I jump with a twelve volt or do I need to string two batteries toghther to make 24v...
I'm definitely feeling like it's a connection more and more...
Hydraulic pulps cycles, but creates no power.... Going in!
