    Dave, did you stretch that frame or is it an 819 frame, looks like the 819 frames I have seen.

    Maybe I missed something, but are you worried that if you take the guts out of a front axle that it will fold up? I doubt that very much. If the housing flexed at all, the driveline would bind and wear out quick.
