    Sounds like the nuts are on too tight. No infared thermometer to seee what the actual temps are?

    IMHO, #1- yes #2- Mine popps and growls on sharp turns, put some grease where the spring touches the pad and see if it helps. #3- I would check brake pad to drum clearance by jacking it up and listening for it dragging. Then I would check the bearings. If the hub is hot cause of the spider...
