A few of us convoy down to the GA Rally each year and other events as well. Most are from Hiawassee, Blairsville, Blue Ridge and Ellijay. You are close enough to join us if you want - it's a lot of fun.- glcaines

In Georgia, temporary paper tags are free at your DMV office. Stop by and pick one up. You should also be able to get insurance on the truck before you pick it up by showing the agent the bill of sale from GL. Make sure you order an SR97 form.- glcaines

Welcome to the site. Steel Soldiers has a lot of good guys and a lot of good information. I'm in Hiawassee, almost a neighbor. A lot of guys up here have MVs. Where are you picking the truck up from? Make sure you check out the brakes really good, the most important part of the truck.- glcaines
