In Georgia, where i live, diesel fuel containing up to 5% can be legally sold as straight diesel. Anything over 5% biodiesel in blends must be sold as B20 fuel. Water in diesel and biodiesel fuels can be in three different forms. 1. Free water 2. Emulsion 3. Soluble Biodiesel fuel is much more impacted by water contamination than petroleum-based diesel fuel. I don't know about the MEP802A, but I have an MEP003A. The auxiliary pump won't pull fuel very high and I find it works much better if the auxiliary fuel supply is at least 2 - 3 feet higher than the level of the auxiliary pump.
