    MV offroad use on Pine Barrens?

    I used to trail ride in the barrens all the time as a teenager. My cousin and I got stopped about 10 years ago between Forked River and Bamber for trail riding in a jeep. We were let go with a warning, but I know people who have been fined and the price is steep. I don't know of any vehicles...
