    99% sure that the seal is NOT blown; that you have other problems... But that, we can address later. Secure truck with wheel chocks!! Make sure the engine is not simply overfilled with oil - or worse, oil plus fuel!? Fill to CORRECT level! Remove this cover plate..., get a quart of brake...
