Electrical schematic needed
Nope. Only the -20-3 (JAN 1996; 1168 pages, 17.4MB ) has all the wiring diagrams, at the very end. Some of these diagrams, for example for the M1025A2, M1035A2, M1043A2, M1045A2, are acceptable quality; others like for the M997 and M997A1 are miserable.
