    TM 9-2330-202-14&P, Fig. 12, Item 2: #12313048 (NSN 3040011495061) Shown at Part Target, here... Yes, that one will work. At least what's called the "flange diameter" is exactly 2.715" (I just removed one cap on a M116A3 axle to confirm that dimension)
