    Winch - I have a 5 Ton on my Deuce, need to 'right size'

    The bumper is the original 2.5ton and looks to be in good shape. The weldings were done on the structural mounting plates, only. Those could be fixed or replaced. (Upper ones for the winch trucks come with 1/4" spacers welded in place.) The Deuce (welded style) frame extensions are there (2x!)...
