    Have searched high and low.....maybe I missed it. Looking for info on best way to Title an M35A3 (I recently got at GL Auction Wisconsin) in Illinois. Plan to use as personal vehicle/non-commercial. Would really appreciate help from someone that has been this route. Thanks, HANLEY
