If there's a cast iron t-case in your blazer then you can put a pto on it if there's and aluminum t-case in it then you can not put a pto on it. Aluminum cases do not have the pto port.

After looking at all my ptos thats not a sm465 or a np203 or even a np205 pto. I wonder what it fits?:?

Yes, all np203 and np205 t-cases have pto ports as well as the sm465 tranny that comes in any 73 to 91 chevy pickup. The sm465 has two pto ports, one on the drivers side and one on the passenger side.
