Bulldogger-- Glad to (see) that you have evolved from the stone ages! The Amish headlight system on the military vehicles is a joke. The blackout lights are brighter than the headlights..... lol
Get the chainmail gloves, band aids, and the cuss jar out. Not bad if you pull the radiator stack. I know that it can be done with out pulling the stack. Trust me-- pull the stack. Good luck!
Bulldogger-- I would replace that pump vs. rebuilding it. I've seen the pumps online for under $100. If the shaft is scared you will end up replacing it anyway. Not saying you cant do it-- just trying to save you a wrench throwing, kick the dog, sailor cussing, kind of day. I'm sure you don't...
Here you go. The fuel injector is where a spark plug is on a gas motor. It will have a metal fuel line going to the top of it, like where a plug wire would go. This is where you crack the line.
