Surely you must be reading a different thread, as most of this thread is focused on limiting axle wrap while some of the thread deals with maximizing articulation while limiting axle wrap. I'd think discussing a completely different suspension design would be better left for a separate thread...

Welded up and installed, still need to paint. I also need to add a rubber line to insulate the brake line against the bracket.

That was my first thought too but decided if anything failed the heim joint would brake easily before the main tube would bend. It's 2.5" 1/4" wall.

Everything is prepped and tacked together. Will weld up and install Saturday.

Parts showed up today including new front perches. DOM should be here soon.

Hmmm, not sure. I had issues Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I do connect wirelessly with Verizon but I do use my wi-if at home and had issues then as well. Either way, it seems to be working well today. Thanks

Thanks for the replies. So it appears this is a typical issue then. Most of the offroad rigs I've seen with traction bars use a single attachment point on the frame with a shackle and 2 attachment points on the axle to leverage it. I think this type of design shouldn't limit any travel and...

I backed into a friends driveway this morning and he said I had a pretty extreme amount of axle wrap when getting it going. I wasn't getting on the throttle very hard at all, actually I was trying to move as slow as possible. Has anyone with a bobbed deuce had this issue? I'm running deuce...
