    I'd recomend you use some type of hydraulic fluid. The air tool oil would do fine if you plan on going back into it within a 3-4 year time period (that's a WAG, you may never have to go back in). Hydraulic fluid used on tractors (front end loader) would be my recomendation. It's as close as...

    Can't speak for anyone else but any time I get to buy new parts, it's a good thing. Rebuild is OK but new parts:mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:. Of course buying parts requires cetain consessions for the boss. The things you some times have to do to get a new part...well this is a family friendly...

    I've had to redo my brakes on all 3 of my M35s. One master cylinder was the worst job. All the others had blown wheel cylinders. Not sure I'm clear on the air pack rebuild, but it can't hurt. Is it leaking? Easy to tell, usually. Run the truck till the air pressure is as high as it will go...
