    Yeah...but the service manual I have gives detailed troubleshooting and repair instructions also written by Warn so there's that lol.

    I have a Warn MIL-9000 surplus winch mounted to my M1009 which I need to do some electrical troubleshooting on. The trouble is that the control pack is coated in some sort of rubber waterproofing. Has anyone got an easy method of clearing all that crap off so I can get to the wiring and contacts...
