First I talked to the auto registration department. Then the officers department then they transfered me to the top sargent in that department who did some looking into it for me and then gave me the number of drmo who im supposed to call back tomorrow to get the paperwork Finalized and sent to me.
Talked to the smallest dmv in the areaand they called albany witch said I need a sf97 form. So im talking to fort polk to see if they can get me the form. So far so good they have been real nice and helpfull. Tomorrow I should find out about getting it sent to me. Thanks for all of you guys help
Can't be confiscated it was bought legally from the person that was supposed to demil it and it was demilled all parts destroyed have been replaced.

Didn't really realize that's all I had gotten. Hadn't really looked at the paperwork since I got it untill now. Was just to excited to have a real military humvee I guess. But no biggey ill figure something out. Even if I have to buy a titled body to get my title.

What I received in paperwork is a notorized bill of sale from the state of Louisiana parish of Beauregard. I also received a notorized act of donation as I also did some trading.
The guys from fort poll were a investigation team looking for some humvees that got stolen from the base they ran the numbers on this one and said that it had been purchased with many others by an individual for scrap the units were to be destroyed but the guy sold some of them instead even...
I got it from a private seller near fort poll and the guys from fort polk said it wasn't stolen it was bought legally from the government I got a bill of sale and some other forms ill look them over when I get home and post exactly what I've got
he has done one in the last two months he is in michigan he is a dealer and he is retired from the military and actually designed some features of the humvee and he doesnt want any money up front he doesnt want paid untill after it goes through so he sounds pretty decent to me
titling it legally for road use of course. yeah i was told by mainly they cant do military vehicles now i have to get my money back. i know its legal guys came from the base and checked it out and it is legal the paperwork i got is from louisiana
