    I'd love to tell you all about it and what I learned but.......... not for this conversation. Suffice it to say, that 30kw generator saved our bacon (literally). And, many of my neighbors now have the same or similar.

    M155 and all, I love this thread! My neighbors all thought I was a lunatic for buying these big ass military generators. In 2012 we had the biggest flood here since 1950 and my farm went completely under water for 5 weeks. As the water was approaching the house, we opened the basement...
