    TM 9-2320-272-23-1, WP 0014 is related to lack of power and transmission. TM 9-2320-272-23-2, WP 0268 has some but the main adjustment is in TM 9-2320-272-23-3, WP 0365. Good luck! Al Jones Brookings, SD
