    New to me -1990 M998 (AM General Pickup) - now time to deal with Maryland MVA

    Went to a local Tag and Title shop, to get it tagged and titled. Walked in, Walked out with Historic tags in hand. I had a clear Virginia title. Virginia took the SF-97 when it was titled as an AM General Pickup. I was able to get insurance through American Collectors Insurance.

    My Virginia title is clean with no restrictions. The SF97 has already been turned in and a state certificate of title has been issued by Virginia

    I just recently purchased a 1990 M998 with a clear Virginia title. Vehicle is listed as a 1990 AM General Pickup. I suppose that is how I would have to register the M998 in Maryland. Do you foresee any additional issues that I could run into going through the local MVA or should I go through...
