    This inspired me. If you use the patient crane to lift, it occurs to me that you could mount a receiver hitch vertically behind the rear towing shackle. Fabricate a ~30" vertical "stick" to insert into that receiver, and mount tire to that stick. Use a standard (locking?) hitch pin to secure...
