    Wow, never seen that configuration on the trailer. Must be a very special application.     It has a bleed valve/petcock on the air tank if the brakes are locked if a valve is not working properly. Had to do that on a m105 I recovered. Same system as a m105/m103 but 2 axles. Once the air is bled off if you had any, brakes are ok. No need to cage as there are no brake chambers just old...
