    The ones on the tailgate just are grooved and the panel slides down into it. The hood panel had holes and fits over those pegs and gets held in by hairpin fastners. Maybe google combat Id panels. Some pics have been posted on here in the past.

    Brackets on hood and rear tailgate are to hold thermal combat Id panels. They are typically not available and removed when vehicles are stripped of restricted items by drmo. Brackets on wheels are to attach cables for air transport by helicopter. I would be interested in the ones on the hood...
