I have looked at the Dana info. It is some good info as well. It does have some diag info for "no lights" but looks like it all comes back to a bad ground or the controller. I am fairly sure mine isnt a bad ground because it will light up the indiacator as long as you keep holding the button,but...

Any luck with your CTIS issue of no lights? mine had been working great, till yesterday. Illuminations all work fine but cannot get the red light to illuminate in any of the buttons. It lights if I hold it but does nothing. Then TMs do not cover this issue in them.
