Ok so I was pulling the studs in using the stock rim and the threads would stop before the stud was seated so I put the mrap wheel on.
Let me tell you, it was a PITA!
Studs are perfect, but I think I will have another issue to work with. The lug nuts are wanting to cut into the wheel so I...
I have faith in these though. The stock studs would come right to the edge of the rim. With these being an inch longer they should give me enough to grab onto.
New studs came in. Total cost was 340, that includes freight. Not bad I think.
This picture show all three studs for comparison. In the back are the new studs, one on left is original, and the right is the napa ordered one.
I got them for 5 each, talked him down from almost 8. Got it at Margot in Baton Rouge.
Was actually fixing to pm you telling you I'll be able to use the wheels after all.
I learned early on to try not to get lost. Had a lt get us lost in the middle of Baghdad while using mts, fbcb2, and us in the gun trucks telling her she is going the wrong direction.
After that incident we did a compass and plgr refresh course.
That's were the part of my signature stems from.
I'm going to go to a couple semi shops and see if I can get a stud that meets the requirement and get part numbers to post.

I thought about that but I would need to get the buds turned down so the rim would sit flush with the hub. I've read about studs cracking because of the space.
These are the camian wheels from Texas. They are fmtv wheels and they had steel and aluminum. I got there and decided to go with the aluminum mainly because I didn't want to did for the steel ones.
They are stud centered, have the bevels in the stud holes.
Yeah there a little over an inch thick. This will be figured out this week, has to, everyday I wait is more flash rust I have to soda blast off the spindle and other little items. The bearings got flash rust from sitting out today, thank god for soda blasting is all I can say.
From what I can tell the 54 and 809 use the same hub and studs, it's the 939 series that use a different hub all together. That looks to be the thick rim, aluminum by the looks of it.
I do have the aluminum rims but the studs are what is killing me. I'm looking at another option though, but there are two factors involved. One being the 24 dollar price per stud, and two, are 939 studs compatible with the 809 hubs. I know the lug nuts are the same, I'm just concerned about the...
