Actually, a friend of mine in Valencia had one he was restoring (TSC-60/v7) and asked if I knew where to find another, as he needed a few parts. I mentioned GL, and at that specific time, there were 2 TSC-60 variants up for auction. He bid on, and won, the one without forklift ventilation...
The mast is a Wil-Burt locking 60 foot pnumatic mounted on a trailer. Same (but bigger) as the news vans use. Was going to mount it behind the shelter, but it weighs close to 400 lb., and was too far behind the axle. Now if I had a deuce and associated shelter, things may change.....

Certain shelters had a slide out bracket for a window style air conditioner, and the slide out system may be made to order for retrofit. I will take some pics later (suns not up yet) and post today.

Mine is mounted on a 3/4 ton 95 Dodge Ram (diesel), so I would think that the same could pull it (3/4 ton pickup). Standard electric trailer brakes should work fine. Mine is multi purpose ham radio, camper, workshop...
