    On a M715 or M725 the stock starter will be 24v. Depending on the year of the M715, converting to 12v is as simple as changing bulbs. at least on a 68 it is. With stock 5.87 gears changing axles is a good idea when going to a diesel, But not sure K5 axles are a good choice depending on your...
