    It's possible. S14 is used for disabling the starter and flashing of the gen head. Best to refer to the -24 TM and use the troubleshooting steps for engine not cranking. Could be a few culprits in the circuit causing a no crank situation.

    I have lots of the leftmost "relay" (S14) available. S14 Frequency Trip Switch "Relay" I also have some of the other relays in the relay row too. New.
