I noticed the towbar and '09 behind the CUCV II...did you towbar an extra vehicle to/from the tire shop so you wouldn't have to wait?

For your boost gauge, are you going to use a "boost bolt" or drill and tap the manifold?

The spanner wrench sounds fancy...I used a long pry bar on the back side of the pump in between the injection outlets. Just give me a call or send me a message when/if you want to come up.

You have to turn the pump to change the actual offset. The Tdc Offset learn just learns the value for where the pump is at. I have a laptop with "carcode" up here in Palm Bay. I also have some custom bent wrenches to get to the 3 bolts holding the pump in place. If you have the right wrenches...

Carcode ( OBD-2 Vehicle Explorer Scan Tool Browser ) can do the TDCO relearn as Steve already pointed out. However, the reccomended procedure is to use a "Key On Key Off" method to initiate the relearn and then check the setting with the scan tool or software. I've used Carcode on my '96...
