    The horn has actually been rewired to a switch on the dash. Maybe this was the old horn. It has the older horn button version and maybe this broken wire is why they rewired it but thought it ran down the center of the column and out down by the gear box. It has hyd power steering so maybe that...

    The weather finally broke a little, 40F but no rain or snow so I was able to crawl around, over and under my deuce today.
