Out of State Vin Check requires you to go to a car dealer or the BMV and having them fill out a form that verifies VIN number matches what is on the title. Obviously I am not going to roll into the BMV and have them do the VIN check, that would be suicide. The only thing that sucks is if i get... -

The changes were never made to the Ohio Revised Code because the bill never passsed the Senate, never got a vote. The House passed it, but without the Senate we are out of luck. I tried reaching out to the sponsors of the bill but never got an answer. Maybe if a few of us contact them they... -

I know this thread is pretty old, but what is the latest situation in Ohio. I am looking at getting a HMMVW with a Pennsylvania on road title, not sure if the issues are still going on in Ohio and don't want to take a chance with a real expensive vehicle that i can't drive.
