    Well as I guess you know any electronics can be repaired, just find the failed part or parts or failed solder joints etc. I make a very good living doing that. No I have not repaired a CTIS yet. But that is because I have not been able to get my hands on a bad one.

    Why is it unlikely to happen? It is not rocket science, you just pick away at it and try various solvents and heat. I have unpotted hundreds of parts to repair or reverse engineer. I have new membrane switch cover parts for sale soon, maybe later next week. Most parts have already been made...

    The switch panel membrane is under the panel with 4 screws. Fairly tricky to do but can be replaced if you have a new membrane which at worst case I can have made. Potting? I laugh at potting like this. I routinely repair potted parts, it takes time to learn but after the first couple it can...

    How many would be interested in new keypads for your CTIS? Replacement would require great care but not to hard to do. New membrane with adhesive would be about $30. New switches also available if some of yours do not 'click' properly. Tom
