    Neighbor issue's here in WV

    Aint that the truth. I live on 45ac out in the country but I do have a HOA. The HOA only has only one member but has alot of authority. That one member is my wife. :wink: I get alot of complaints on the stuff I haul in but it usually dies down after I move it out of sight from the house...
