I know this is the case but my County Clerk won't do it. I've even carried a copy of the law to show them and called the state on them. Still wouldn't do it. I'm sure I could have carried if further with a lawyer or whatnot and got it done but the truck was on the verge of a parts truck anyway...

Well there is a law on the books in TN to transfer ownership on a vehicle over 25 years old with a bill of sale but good luck getting a county clerk to do it. I know I've tried it in Dickson County with no luck. Did I read your location right? Charlotte, TN? If so, shoot me a PM. I'm sure I...
