    which direction? I've been going clock wise at the torsional dampener using a 15/16 socket and ratchet.

    So basically I have the heads off my truck and I want to scrape the deposits off the pistons before I put it back together. I'm wondering if there will be any issues with the lifters if I hand crank the engine to move the pistons. Also I was wondering if the lifters would need to be reprimed...
