    Ahh I found it. The key thing here seems to be 'indicating ownership, possession or use' That takes out the FDNY stickers, the spotlight.

    Interesting, I went to michigan at least once with my 2000 S10 Blazer with a full BLUE lightbar on the roof. No issue what so-ever, and I spent almost a week there! Did I miss the NY Law posting?
