    'canned' email responses make me feel like a real person never read what I sent. Honestly... it pisses me off. I think I even responded to one as such, and got a real person response the next time. Not that the answer was much better! rofl

    Honestly, I think the biggest thing they need to work on, is their customer service. They need to stop the attitude that THEY are always right, and remember, its the customers that keep them in business. and yeah... KEEP IT CIVIL
