    I have had mine registered as both Agricultural, and Historical (current). I used what was stamped on the data plate as the serial #. As for the tracing, I didnt have to provide one here. I walked in with the SF-97 and GL letter, and walked out with plates. Granted, that was 4 years ago, and...
